Biohazard Cleaning
For homes or premises affected by biohazards such as blood, urine, vomit and/or faeces, which may originate from trauma, crime, substance use, sudden illness, medical episodes or death. This may also include animal waste or chemical spills. No specific requirement for known pathogens.

Extreme Cleaning
For homes or premises affected by grime build-up, excess waste accumulation, and damaged furnishings, often stemming from the neglect of the property over an extended period, through disability or mental health challenges.

Crime Scene Cleaning
For homes or businesses affected by crime (violent or otherwise) or medical incidents requiring emergency service response, which have resulted in hazardous substances, bodily fluids or substance paraphernalia hazards being present. Also referred to as ‘emergency cleaning’.

Hoarder Clearance & Cleaning
For homes affected by hoarding behaviour, resulting in potentially unsafe (e.g. fire risk) or unsanitary living conditions. Also including homes requiring decluttering services of a lesser scale.

Void Property Clearance & Cleaning
For homes and businesses left in disrepair or dirty conditions following possession. These may be affected by a build up of waste, grime or other hazards such as needles, affecting an estate agent or landlords ability to re-let the property.

Mould Assessments and Remediation
For homes and businesses affected by mould on surfaces, fixtures and fittings. We complete mould assessments and remediation and put in place preventative measures to prevent recurrence, such as building drying and air purification.

Fire Damage Cleaning
For homes, businesses and outside areas affected by fire damage, including direct damage due to heat and secondary damage due to smoke/soot. Requiring specialist tools, chemicals and equipment to keep you, contractors and/or future tenants safe. .

Flood & Sewage Cleaning
For homes or premises affected by the ingress of water or sewage from abnormal weather events or breakdown of sanitation systems, which may affect safety and therefore habitability/usability of a home or business location.
Our Story
Starting as a humble window cleaning and pressure washing company, we honed our skills and used our lived experience as ex-ambulance and prison staff to start a Crime Scene Cleaning Cleaning company, providing all manner of hazardous cleaning services. Today, we offer emergency cleaning for commercial and residential properties, ranging from flood and fire remediation, hoarding support, void property clearance/cleaning, extreme end-of-tenancy cleaning, and everything in between.
Whether someone has had a fall on an escalator and the blood needs meticulously cleaning, your clientele have had a few too many and vomited on an area rug, or a tenant has died at home and laid unfound for weeks on end, we have the know-how to provide a safe solution, allowing you to continue operations or maintain home life, whilst keeping you informed at every turn.
We are trusted by numerous councils, lettings agencies, housing associations and funeral directors to provide prompt, respectful and discreet services to them and their clients, and we are proud of our reputation within the industry.

Our specialist cleaning services are available across the country from our primary base in Oxfordshire.
All of our services are available nationally and we would discuss a possible attendance time with you.
Our typical response time to an emergency request is a maximum of 4 hours, with most attendances being around 2 hours from first contact.
Our planned-services (such as extreme cleaning, hoarding and clearance work) are usually delivered within 3 to 4 days which allows for the additional planning required.
It is highly likely that we will ask to visit ahead of providing an estimate, which will give us the opportunity to fully assess the work required and thereby increase the accuracy of the estimate. We can collect and hold keys, or meet you at the property as preferred.
